Staff lockers that clean up as well as they look.
Hospitals and medical clinics need secure personal storage that survives daily disinfection and constant shift turnover. Our wood lockers give staff areas a calmer, human feel — on non-porous commercial surfaces that wipe down without breaking down.
Built for the way you actually use them.
Wipes down, shift after shift
Non-porous TFL surfaces with sealed edges take routine disinfectant wipe-downs without swelling, clouding or lifting at the seams.
Secure by shift, not by person
Digital keypad, RFID badge or master-key. Day-use codes reset between shifts — no lost-key chase, no reissue cost.
Scrubs, bags and PPE in one bank
Mix half-height and full-height compartments so scrubs, coats, bags and personal items each get the right space.
Quiet by design
Soft-close hinges and dampened doors. No metal slam echoing down a corridor during a night shift.
Built to your floor plan
Staff rooms are rarely square. We build to the millimetre around columns, bulkheads and existing casework.
4–6 week build, on schedule
Renovations run on tight phasing. We lock production slots and ship on the date we quote.
Healthcare Lockers: the most-asked questions.
Can wood lockers handle hospital-grade cleaning?
The surface is commercial TFL (thermally fused laminate), not raw timber — it's a non-porous, sealed surface that wipes down with standard disinfectant. Sealed edge-banding is the key detail: unsealed edges are where wood lockers normally fail in a wet-cleaning environment, so we band every exposed edge.
Do these meet healthcare facility standards?
Requirements vary by facility, province and project — infection-control, fire and millwork specs are set by your facility team or design consultant. Send us your spec section with the quote request and we'll confirm in writing what we can meet before you commit to anything.
What locking options suit shift-based staff?
Digital keypad locks are the most common choice — codes can be reset between shifts, so day-use assignment works without issuing physical keys. We also do RFID badge integration to match an existing building access system, plus master-key and padlock-ready options.
Can you match our existing casework?
Yes — we're a millwork shop first. Send photos or the finish code of your existing cabinetry and we'll match it, or specify a close commercial equivalent if the original is discontinued.
Can you work around a live, occupied facility?
We ship flat-packed with full install drawings, so units move through corridors and lifts without a crane or a torn-out doorway. Most healthcare clients phase installation room by room using their own contractor.
What sizes work best for staff change rooms?
Most clinics run two-tier for day-use and full-height where staff store coats and outdoor footwear. Widths of 12″, 15″ and 18″ all work — tell us headcount per shift and the room dimensions and we'll lay out the bank for you.
