Gym Lockers: the most-asked questions.
Will wood lockers survive a high-traffic gym?
Yes. Our lockers use commercial-grade TFL (thermally fused laminate) panels — engineered for moisture, impact and abrasion resistance. Wood looks premium but performs to commercial spec. 5-year structural warranty backs it.
What's the minimum order for a gym?
There's no hard minimum, but most gym projects are 30+ lockers. Stock sizes start at $675/locker; custom builds are quoted per project.
How fast can you ship for a gym opening?
Stock sizes ship in days. Custom builds run 4–6 weeks from approved drawings. Tell us your opening date when you request a quote and we'll confirm feasibility within 48 hours.
Can you handle the install?
We ship flat-packed with full install drawings. Most clients use their own GC or millwork installer. We can recommend installers in major Canadian and US markets if needed.
Do you offer digital/RFID locks?
Yes. We integrate with most commercial gym access systems — keypad, RFID wristband, master key, or padlock-ready. Specify your access provider on the quote and we'll match the hardware.
Will my members notice the difference vs metal lockers?
Immediately. Wood lockers are quieter (no metal slam), warmer to touch, and signal 'premium experience' from the moment they walk in. Studies show locker room quality correlates with member retention — especially in the boutique segment.
